read moreAnother six month brace case we are delighted to have done for our patient. All this was achieved in just five months. The case involved using our tooth coloured ceramic brackets which are almost invisible. In this case one of the incisors was a little small and had too much gum. With some small gum surgery we changed the shape of the gum, we then did a bonded composite veneer on the tooth to improve the appearance and finally we whitened the teeth, leading to this great finish.

You can see from the photos that some of the upper teeth were being overlapped by the lower teeth and there was what we call an open bite. 7 months later there was a massive difference and very happy patient!
